When I met mine she explained a little bit of the history of the diet and how it was developed and we spoke about my lifestyle, eating habits, diets I'd previously been on, if they worked or didn't work. Why you think they did/didn't. How much weight I wanted to lose, quickly or slowly. Whether I would be doing any exercising. We spoke about the steps and then she asked if it was a diet I wanted to do. She didn't pressure me into doing it or anything like that. But I wanted to do it so signed up. We did a medical form - are you taking any medication etc. weighed, measured and picked some products. I have banana or strawberry shakes for breakfast and chocolate mint in the afternoons.
