Newbie

Hey everyone, Im just going into day 5, im glad that the headaches and dizziness has gone, just gotta get through my sons party today and I can look forward to my first weigh in :)

yay - thats great - keep drinking plenty of water though - its easy to forget when you first start feeling "better". Have you got loads of energy yet - thats the bit i enjoy! Its day 6 for me today, 1040pm and I have just started rearranging the house...normally i'm exhausted and it bed by 10.
 
My energy has well and truly kicked in, Im starting week 3 and I have just done a 5 mile bike ride and my house has never been so clean :)
