Newbie's First WI

Hi everyone!!

Been reading these forums for a while but only just registered.

I started celebrity slim 1 week ago and have just had my 1st WI. I've lost 4lb and half an inch off my waist. Im pleased considering a few nights ago i had a take away and haven't done any exercise this past week. Im gonna stick with the diet and start exercising now.
