Confession time...

I haven't been on plan for a week, and I've gained 1lb :-(

It's my own fault (obviously) but I'm still gutted!

Anyway, starting tomorrow I'm back in the game (can't start tonight as dinner is off-plan!). Any tips for jumping back on the wagon? I'm trying to pretend I'm brand new to it, to try and make me as enthusiastic as possible. Think I'll also set a mini-goal. Maybe half a stone in five weeks?

You could join us on the September challenge to get you back into it?

Drink lots, exercise and plan is all I can think of....super speedy soup or up your veg intake?

Have also heard eating fish is a good way to get back on plan and can give good losses.

That 1lb will come off in no time!!! Good luck for getting back on track x

Even though I ate out at lunchtime, I've stayed on plan, so very happy with my first day back :)
 
Big decision time!

After a shaky couple of weeks I've decided to move plans... I'm leaving SW and moving to calorie counting. I downloaded my fitness pal a few weeks ago, and prefer the freedom it gives me. SW has done me good, but sadly it's time to move on. I'll be starting a new diary on the CC board, but will miss everyone here. Best of luck to you - thanks for all your support x

I also made the decision yday to re join weight watchers and I start Wednesday.
