Walked for about an hour today (slowly!) but completely missed lunch (hence the cream tea style food) and then almost picked up a takeaway on the way home, but settled on shreddies instead.

Food shopping tomorrow!
 
Going to do a big food shop yesterday, after our trip to Costco yesterday. Planning on batch cooking later, to help us stay on track when we're short on time!

2kg of mince, 6 peppers, 4 tins of tomatoes, 2 large passatas, 4 onions, 1 bulb of garlic, 2 chillis, 1 large can of sweetcorn, 3 carrots and 6 sticks of celery, all cooked then split into two. Chilli beans and mixed beans and more chilli added to one. Red wine, more garlic and Italian seasoning added to the other. Fabulous.
