Quite happy with food today - I've had a day catching up on housework, food shopping etc and I'd normally nibble throughout the day, but I've resisted! And also moved to red today because my Wii showed a gain this morning, and the red days worked for me last week.

Another red day to try and ensure a decent loss this week. I find them easier than I'd expected! For some reason I thought I'd be hungry on red days but I haven't been this weekend. Probably back on EE tomorrow as I find it easier when I'm at work, but as I haven't done any meal planning yet, we'll see what I feel like!

Had a sneaky peek at the scales today but wish I hadn't bothered! Two days till WI and so far (after 100% on plan including two red days) and I've STS. I'm warning my scales now, they'd better shift downwards when I get on them on Wednesday. Or else :-(
 
Aww hun im sure that by wednesday you will have lost :)

You never know if your holding water today so dont worry too much. You always do really well on WI day so fingers crossed for a good loss x

I'm not posting my food diary tonight. I STS at WI, and am really down about it so whilst I'm busy eating lots of junk tonight, I'm also giving myself a good hard kick up the backside to get me back on track.

I lost 3lb! Hip hip hooray! 1st award for me!
DH lost 1lb!

Just so pleased that SW just keeps on working, even when you're feeling like it can't possibly be doing. Note to self: keep up the water and walking :)
