Newbie's Food Diary

Hey everyone, i would like to lose my baby weight. Have decided to do Slimming World again. Here is my food diary for today.

Breakfast - Tea and Coffee, Bran Flakes, Muller Light

Lunch - Diet Coke, 400g Cheese Sandwhich, Celery

Dinner - I fancy Ham, Egg and Chips or a grilled fry up!

Hiya, I haven't done a food diary before but I was thinking of starting one to help keep me going, I have been on and off SW lately, so decided to have a nosey at some food diaries.
Just spotted your new diary, good luck with it and hope it keeps you on the right track!

I lost a stone with SW before Xmas, but over Xmas have piled on the pounds. I was in hospital and put on weight during re covery too. This week I've been back on track. This is what I ate today.
EE
B: activia fat free yoghurt, banana
L: salmon fillets and mashed potato, grapes
D: spaghetti bol, cheese (healthy a)
Snacks: hi fi (healthy b)
Syns: coco pops bar - 4
Smoothie ice cream- 5
Milk, sugar
Tsp tom purée

Need to cut back on the sugary drinks but not a fan of splenda, need an alternative

I had an ok week and lost a pound. I'm hoping to lose more this week, today was a good start anyway.

Another good day today! Bring on the weekend. I did a big shop today, so I shall be prepared for the rest of the week hopefully. My food diary for today:

Hey everyone, a good day so far! I'm using my computer as app on my iphone is still not loading so thought i'd write my food diary a little earlier than usual as haven't eaten dinner yet but prepared it.

Magic porridge ( oatso simple oats 28g (HeB) ) - was ok, but maybe i need to use the mullerlight, i had it with activia fat free vanilla yoghurt and raspberries

I've deleted my iphone minimins app as still wasn't working and apperently i need to update my ios, but I am on a different computer so not sure what to do. Its really annoying, and don't want to lose data on my iphone. I didn't have time last night to post my food diary for yesterday, so here it is:
