Hi all. I have done ww in the past and lost 2stone but unfortunately I fell off the wagon after xmas. Since then I have tried and failed. Ive also tried SW this last week and feel alittle deprived and Im soo used to counting every mosual of food that it doesnt feel right. Plus today I felt really dizzy which has NEVER happened to me, so Im going to stick to what I know and what worked(s). I love to eat out with my partner and friends so ww def suits me as I can save my points. Also ww has a better food database. So here I am LOL.
I have alot of weight to lose but I am determined as my partner has organised a trip to New York next August with all our friends and I want to go into shops and buy what I want!
Hopefully all of you will help me along this long journey and Im also here for you too.
