Newby here saying hello

Hello and welcome. , im new to weight watchers also.Today was the first day, im doing it online so kinda feels like im on my own a bit. And yes lets get shedding the pounds together

I actually have 1st meeting next tues. I'm looking forward to sheeding the lbs too as i have a 2 year old daughter and need energy to keep up with her! Good luck to ya :)

I too have joined online so I know what you mean about feeling on your own with it all. I'm still trying to get to grips with how many points are in the things I enjoy eating, suppose it will just take time to get the hang of it.
I ordered the 2010 shop, eating out & tracker books yesterday off ebay so hopefully that will make it easier too so I dont need to go on the net to find the points value of everything before I eat it lol.

Hi I am new to this site, (a week or two) and started ww in August 2009, have lost 4 stone and 2lbs already,(have a long way to go but will get there), this weight forum is great and people are very helpful. It will take you a while to get use to all the points in the foods you eat, and when you do you will be flying, when I started I wrote the foods I eat and like and there points beside them on an A4 page and stuck it on the inside of the food press, and it was a lot quicker and handier to see the points in the foods in stead of looking in the book all the time. You wont feel alone doing this diet not while you have this forum. good luck to all the newbies and hopfully there will be a lot less of us by the end of this year

WOW well done you on your weight loss so far, that's fantastic :)
Thats a great idea about keeping a pad with all the foods you tend to eat the most and the points value so you're not forever looking things up. I'll definitely do that!
Everyone seems lovely on here and it's good to know i'm not alone, we're all in this together and CAN do it!! :D
