Newcomer!!

Hi. I've just joined this site and I'm not sure where to start!! I hope to get support trying to lose a stubborn 10 lbs. I've tried SW before and am trying to get myself motivated again. Evenings are my worst time as I tend to overeat/binge.

I'm quite determined this time and hope to lose 1.5 - 2 lbs per week.
 
Hey don't use hope have a read of some of threads here for some inspiration.
this place is ful of like minded induviduals that will help anyone in the time of need.
its a really peacefull motivated comunity with great people that are in or have been in the same boat and would happly share experiences in order for others to start that journey to lose weight am sure you will feel at home here. :)
