I am a newie to SF... I have been on forum a long time... Tried and done well with ww but at the moment i have put all my weight back on and lost my mogo.
So i am having to do something new so please please help xx

Hi!

Well I must say slim fast does work if you follow it the way you're meant to. I'm a few weeks in and I'm currently having a bit of a blip with it being my birthday and Valentine's in the space of a week. Lots of eating out and drinking!! But on the whole it's going well. Good luck with it and keep us posted with how you're getting on!
