Well last night i gained 1lb, i've come down with a cole, so i could be carrying water, plus i ate at 5 before my WI, which i don't usually do.

I'd like a smashing week, so i have planned loads of speed soup (hot sure how else i can change things up)

Ive also agreed to complete a paper food diary to take into my consultant next week.
