    Hi

I am new to Slimming World, well have been on it a week!

I know Weight Watchers do their own mints and snack things, but whats the alternative for SW? I know they just do the bars etc (for 6 syns)

Are there any low syn mints or sweets you can eat (without using up all your syns)? ;)

Take a look at the top of the page - there is a huge sticky devoted to the subject of low syn treats.

    Hi Mickeykfunky,

M & S do a range of sugar free sweets which are really nice and fairly low in syns. They are in 42g boxes and usually situated just near the checkouts)

Sugar free butterscotch 6 syns per box
Sugar free strawberries and cream 5.5 syns per box
Sugar free orange 7 lemon 5 syns per box.

There are quite a few in each box.

    Hope that helps x
