D - ham omlette & diet coke

Warm milk with splenda before bed

L - chicken legs & diet coke. Boiled eggs
D - steak with fried eggs. Diet coke.

Lots 3lb so far.

B - coffee splenda & skimmed milk
L - turkey, sprouts & carrots. Toffee muller. Diet coke.
D - chilli ( from recipe thread).

Hi, I don't really eat breakfast but I'm gona try and do dome oatbran biscuits for 2moro. Got my oatbran 2day.

Niche ..it doestnt look like you eat alot on your menus ??, are you having your oatbran everyday ?? , yoghurts maybe ??
