Hi Everyone

I've been doing slimming world for 16 weeks and I have lost 8lb. I have been good for 95% of the time but the weight just doesn't seem to be coming off so I thought I would start a diary on here to see if anyone can see what I'm doing wrong. I have everything I have eaten in the last week written down so I am going to add photos of each day for you all to look at. I do green days. There are a couple of days where I have missed a healthy extra but that's usually because I don't need anything else.

Any help would be much appreciated.x

Today's food....,

Breakfast - 35g Porridge oats (B), skimmed milk (A), mixed berries
Lunch - sweet and spicy mug shot, Banana, Apple
Snack - Curly Wurly (6)
Tea - Two slices wholemeal bread (B), Quorn slices, 40g RF cheddar (A), onion. 2 Flumps (3), treat size pack of buttons (4)

Haven't had much today but didn't get home until after 9.
 
Really struggled yesterday as I had 7 syns and all my healthy extras by lunch time but I somehow managed to get through the day on plan.

Breakfast - banana, 35g porridge oats (B), skimmed milk (A), Raspberries
Snack - 2 treat size milky ways (7)
Before work - 2 slices wholemeal bread (B), 2 Laughing cow lights (A), roast Quorn slices, onion
1st Break - speed food soup, banana, curly Wurly (6)
2nd Break - melon, grapes, shape yogurt
Supper - scrambled egg, onion, peppers, mushrooms, 1tbls reduced salt and sugar ketchup (0.5)

Not a bad day in the end.
