Nickis food diary, any comments and advise welcome :-)

    Thurs 27th Jan
    Red

    HEA1: skimmed milk
    HEA2:
    HEB1: ryvita
    HEB2:2 x wholemeal bread

    Breakfast: lean bacon, scrambled egg, mushrooms

    Lunch: ryvita, chicken salad.

    Dinner: 3 turkey lean grills and toast

    Snacks: a pit of chicken and pickled onions!

    Total syns for day: 10

    Water:

    Exercise: Callanetics 2 x dog walking.

    Friday 28th Jan
    GREEN DAY

    HEA1: skimmed milk
    HEA2:
    HEB1: 2 x slices of wholemeal bread.
    HEB2:

    Breakfast: Banana ( had mid day snack of some home-made falafels )

    Lunch: salad sandwich and home-made veg soup.

    Dinner: quorn chilli and rice

    Snacks: peas... ( love them out of the pod )

    Total syns for day:

    Water:

    Exercise: 2 x Dog walking.
