Thanks Nick! tested today and in the big K on day three so hopefully youll be in it today! its tough indeed but hopefully with ketosis ill be ok,, must discard emotional eating thoughts! best of luck today...your getting into the wing of things!
while we are talking about weather..its...(jumps out of bed and draws back curtains...) overcast and drizzling here in south Dublin! x
