I woke up about 7am went to the loss and was 8st 9.8lbs ( was 8st 9.4 last week). Then went back to bed, woke at 9, went to the loo and I was then 8st 9lbs. So who knows what I am lol. I'm going to guess somewhere in the middle and have it as a STS :)
 
That's brilliant. Finally a maintain! So, are you going to stick with this pattern now? x
 
Just a bit obsessed!! Had to stock up before they disappear from the shops for good lol

Maybe your body will eventually stop losing when it's ready but Ive read the Michael mosely eat, fast, live longer book and he had to fast just 1 day a week to stop losing weight but I would give it a few more weeks to see if you stop losing x

Yeah I think il try that after a couple of weeks. I'd just be scared that I'd put on weight with just 1 day a week. Ahh losing was the easy part lol x
 
Just read your diary and you have done so well! That's an amazing loss!

I started JUDDD on Tuesday but have struggled with down days and sticking to 500 cals! Tuesday was 697 cals and Thursday was 572.. Down day today and determined to stick to 500 or under!

My up days have been between 1400 and 1700 so hopefully will see a loss on Tuesday morning!

Well done again!
 
I think to maintain will prob mean to stay within a weight bracket? Up a little down a little. I think it will b hard to remain exact same weight. You're doing great, such an inspiration xxx
