Awww thank you very much nice of you to say. But to be honest with your super weight losses u will be at goal before u know it. I love weekends but food wise I'm so greedy I'm terrible lol I'm dragging myself to the gym tomorrow evening.

Do u exercise at all ??

i had a great weekend hunni, went out for my birthday on sat and got hammered lol hope the sambuca dosnt hinder this weeks WL :-(

no i dont do any formal excersise!! used to go swimming in the summer and zumba but tbh i cant be arsed in the winter lol:sigh:

I flopped the gym weren't going into town in this weather.
Do u have any veggies u could use up for zero point soups??
When I did ww I'd love carrot & Ginger really lush u know. :)

I have a food diary on the caliore counting now as I was gonna do ww but suppose classes won't do the old core plan or discover so not interested in the pp plan now.

hey hunni!! not sure, but im swaying towards just counting cals for a week and seeing how it goes? im not too sure about the fat thing though?

i went on that site and it says for extreme fat loss ive to eat 1350cals??!! on a diet i would eat about 1000 a day lol

hows you getting on? xxxx
 
I find it hassle free just counting the kcals to be honest 1000 is a fine amount and then maybe after weigh in days ( cheat nights ) have 1200 then back down to 1000.
My scales haven't moved so will up my in take tomorrow god all I want to loose is 3 lbs this week. Need my dresses to fit and not be tight lol x
