hi becca, im having a takeaway on friday night and some chocolate and maybe a glass of wine!! i was really undereating, so i decided to use around 18-20 a day and save the rest for friday! i am allowed 22 points. you have to admit, i have taken your advice from last week and added about 4 points on to what i eat in a day......im trying at least!!!! :)

I'm glad you're eating more. I just saw your thread about a sneaky peek - because you were undereating, now that you're eating more points your body may have put a pound on, but it will come off before Friday - you have to eat a serious amount of calories to put an actual pound on in a day! xxx
