Oh Alli I have completly lost the plot this week, I am in the process of moving house, hopefully next week and I just cant get my head round it. I have faffed and faffed but once I am in the new house I am starting a fresh 100%.

How do you do not eating? Are you really busy at work etc? x
 
yeah im a student nurse and im on a 5week placement block and im doing shifts and its mad. i need to leave the house at 5.20 and start at 7, i have a break at 9am then dont finish till 4 which is too close to dinner time arrrrgh. i made up for it at the weekend though lol had a blow out so will def not loose this week, im just trying to claw it back a bit :-(
 
oooooh meant to say, dont worry about the going off plan, moving house is bloody stressful mrs!! just get back on track as soon as you can!

thank you :)))) im well chuffed to get my 2st this week! still 2st to go though!

im on 20 a day but i save for things at the weekend, so i dont need to worry about the takeaway/wine/both!! lol i know its not the conventional way of doing it but it works for me!!
