need to eat more!! ive gotten myself into this horrible cycle where i dont eat alot, feel guilty about eating more, so eat even less :-(

anyone any advice?, i know i have really poor eating habits so dont shout at me please :-(

its either severely overeating or severely undereating, no happy medium ever in my life!

There is nothing to feel guilty about eating more, you are only hurting youself and your future losses by not eating sweetheart.
I think that you need to stop eating so much rubbish and sweets and eat some proepr meals. I find that when i eat healthy things i feel better and prouder of myself and get too eat more for fewer points.
Please eat more hunny, or your losses may stop and then its going to be really hard for you. x
