ok well saturday was okish, was good all day and then kinda blew it at dinner whilst watching xfactor!

Hey you just wanted to say hi...I am back on here too, signed up to a WW class and am following the new Propoints plan so we'll see how that goes for me...! Glad you are managing to eat a bit more and still seeing losses - it really does work! I think you would like the new plan, the 49 for "treat night" is ace for a takeaway or drinks or whatever! Come over to the dark side.... ;)

oh i dont know Laura :) PP seems so bloody complicated!! and all the food i like (ie all the carby, unhealthy, bad for you foods) are so high in points ;-)

i toyed with the idea for a few days then thought, **** it stick to what i know eh? if i hit a plateau then ill be straight over, promise :)

girls are great, my Laura is getting big and saying words now, so cute!!! hows your 2 getting on?? not been about the other place much recently, been chocca with uni work, been on placement for 19weeks now :-( back to uni on monday so sould be a breeze compared to the wards ill tell ya lol
