is it really 0pts?? can i eat as much of it as i like?

there is 3 carrotts, 2 onions, whole turnip, leeks, chicken stock pot, salt n pepper?

all veggies in soup are all free, it's great for this time of year.!

did u make a big batch?? butternut squash is the best too lol x
 
not a huge batch, but had 2 mugs today and still enough for tomorrow :)))im gonna stock up on veg and make a big pot n freeze some! yummmmm was gorgeous!

Hi Ali sts is good once in a while chick. But I understand that u feel gutted. I lost 2 lbs this week wanted alot more lol.

I've just had mcdonalds and crisps will have to make sure I don't have Amy treats tomorrow, otherwise I will be back up again.

So u ready for the wendi plan then? U still enjoying your soups? I will be cooking lots when I'm on half term.

im not doing wendi this week, was going to but have decided that this wek isnt the best time with my totm coming n that :-(

im actually really worried about this week :-( what happens if if hit a horrible plateau with still over a st to go?? god id be gutted if i couldnt get to target!!!

im staying on plan everyday apart from xmas day but will see how things go :) what bout you? i just dont want to gain loads, you know how quick i gain so need to keep a hold on it a bit!

ive got loads of assignments due into uni this week and ive not finished them :-(((
 
I wanted Rebecca to win really ... Oh well lol I'm staying on plan both days how I see it I will have plenty of other xmases to indulge with foods.

I Also gain quick too I'm keeping away from carbs. But will be having new years eve off as I will be out clubbing dancing away will burn a few caloires away.

I'm more interested in buying clothes from the sales as a reward for staying on track.
You will be fine as we r both in control :))

I had uni work this time last year, so happy I'm free from studying now I graduated in sept.

Maybe if u can try s bit of exercise this week, give your body a shake ??
