Step 1 Sole Source Nic's cambridge diary

Hi everyone,


So I have just embarked on week 4 day 1! Had my weigh in last night & I've lost 21 pounds in 3
Weeks. Feeling really fantastic about it!! In those 3 weeks I had one day 'off' plan & that was for my engagement party! Saying that, I ate very little, mostly lean ham, chicken & carrot sticks. But I did allow myself some champagne & white wine. The next day I was completely back on track & have been since. I can already feel my body shape changing & enjoying the quick results.

I am originally from the uk but living in Melbourne in Australia. Gutted to have discovered the porridge isn't available here just yet :(

How is everyone else's journey going?
Is there anything different I can do with the shakes that could spice them up?!

Thank you!! We headed to the pub this evening, where everyone else had dinner & drinks! There is was with my water!! Managed it somehow! I'm hoping the next few weeks whizz by!
