Hi Niennor. Have been a very very naughty gal. Am back up 21lbs iin just two months!! Must be a record.. Anyhoo. Its hard. Am too fat to fit into my clothes and i confidently threw out the bigger ones in March...whoops! Am back on day two but am not total solution cos v busy and will do that next week. Take care.
