I had an amazing first week. But my scales havent moved and I'm 3days in on my second week - sticking to plan and trying not to freak yet - dam daily weighing lol!

How are you finding the plan?! X

Och you will be fine don't worry. Ye good thanks kind of up and down but the weight is coming off slowly but surely! X

Absolutely delighted!! Woohoo that's me down to 11st 5lbs! Lightest I've been in years and years! Amazing! x
