night shift?

does anyone have any experience of the packs on a night shift? i.e. how you would work it being up all day then all night... would you just have one days packs upto say 10 at night then start on the next days at 1 in the morning?:sigh:
 
Night shifts can be a challenge, I've seenw ith others.

Once you are in to Ketosis, it wil get much easier because you simply won't be hungry - so you can then fit them in as and when.

Best thing I would think is just spread them out as "normal" as possible until you get in a routine, ensuring you have 4 packs in 24 hours.
