Night Shift

    What is everyones views on this?

    Tomorrow I am on a night shift so from when I wake up tomorrow I will effectively only have 23 points to last me til I go to bed the following morning at 8am!!:cry: And I usually am quite hungry on a night shift....then the next day I will get up about 1pm and will then have 23 points from 1pm - about midnight, which will be quite a lot, sooooo, if you were me, would you allocate a few of saturdays points on friday to account for this, then have less on saturday, or just try to eeeek out the points as much as poss on friday and stick to that??

    Thats a hard one. I do night shift too and find it easiest to count my points in MY day, my day starting when I get up ending when I go to bed. Id try and stick to the points as much as possible but not worry too much if I went over by a couple

    Goal Weight:
    i do night shifts too, 3 in a row, & count my points midnight to midnight.
    So on tues, my 1st night my points start when i get up (7.45 am) till m/n then weds m/n to m/n etc
