Decided to try and log everything I have to stay on track.

Tuesday
B - 28g Porridge (HexB) made with water and sweetner
L - SW quiche and salad, Mixed berries with FF yoghurt and sweetner
D - Spag Bol
S - 2 Pears, 2 Plums, 1 Satsuma, Activia Snack Pot (FF), Mug Shot
HexA - Milk

Hope I am on the right track as I feel so much better in myself and looking forward to tomorrow

will keep looking in on your diary and seeing how you go...i love reading food diaries and being nosey and getting ideas :)

just noticed after posting that....for porridge to be a heb you need to also have one oat/scan bran with it...well not necessarily with it but as well!

Anothern EE day

T - Noodles, Prawns, stir fry veg and soy sauce
S - Strawberries, pomegrante, FF greek yoghurt, banana, plum, pear
Hex A - Milk

Starting back at SW on Thursday, but decided to make a start tomorrow. Will post on my food diary every day to keep me on track
