Don't worry if you STS, you're body's probably getting used to all that extra walking. Even if you don't lose this week, then I'm sure if you carry on you'll be rewarded with a huge loss later on xx
 
Had a good day today, only had fish for Tea, due to a roast dinner cooked for me, not very happy as i had a sneaky look at the scales this morning and found I have STS, so I’m hoping for a big loss over night as tomorrow is my official WI!!!


Food Diary for Sunday 25 July 10
Red Day (7th day on Fishy Week)
Breakfast – Toast, fried eggs,
Lunch – Roast Beef, carrots, cabbage, cauli cheese (5 syns & 2 HeA), Gravy (2 syns)
Dinner – Smoked Salmon, Large Salad with Yogurt Dressing,
Supper – ML yog with melon and pineapple,
Snacks – Oaty bar
HeA – 28g chedder cheese; 250ml semi milk;
HeB – 2 wm slices of bread; weetabix oaty bar;
Syns – 7used

Been out walking for 3 hours today, I love being my own boss! Well weighed this morning and lost 1lb, was a bit disappointed but hey I’ll get over it life goes on, have decided to do another week on fish week and hopefully it will show next week with fish and walking let’s hope so!

Food Diary for Monday 26 July 10
EE Day (8th day on Fishy Week)
Breakfast – Toast, fried eggs, sauté Potatoes, cheese slices
Lunch – Large bowl of melon and pineapple topped with ML yogurt,
Dinner – Crab sticks, Potato, Lettuce, Home grown Gerkins, Grapes, Nat Yog dressing,
Supper – Aldi’s fat free yog (I can’t believe it 2 syns), with melon and pineapple,
Snacks – milk in coffee 2 syns
HeA – 2 slices light cheese slices
HeB – 2 wm slices of bread;
Syns – 2 used
Exercise – 3 hours walking

A pound is still a pound - at least you didn't STS which you feared.
Don't be disheartened - you've stuck to plan 100% so I'm sure you'll be rewarded with a good loss later on x
 
Day 9 on fish week, so far I have not had a problem, been busy with business, so had to have quick and late lunch’s.

Lunch – Large bowl of melon and pineapple topped with ML yogurt,
Dinner – Smoked Haddock, white fish, Philli extra light (2 syns), home grown carrots, McCain’s rustic chips (3.5 syns),
Supper – ML yog with melon and pineapple,
Snacks – milk in coffee 2 syns
HeA – 2 slices light cheese slices
HeB – 2 wm slices of bread;
Syns – 7.5 used
Exercise – 2 hours walking

Had a good day, been out walking for about 1 hour today, very busy but not much done, oh well!

Dinner – Fish in butter sauce (2 syns), new potatoes, peas and sweetcorn
Supper – ML yog with melon and pineapple,
Snacks – Yog and Fruit

HeB – 2 wm slices of bread;

Exercise – 1 hour walking

Hi Sarah, sorry for the delay, been very busy, yes I love the fish week, and still doing well, just hope I have a good loss, been good and not peeped at the scales, so Monday will reveal all.
Will probably have a rest next week just to see if it makes a difference.
Hope your keeping well, forgot to post diaries for the last couple of days so will post all three later, busy doing accounts at mo, just popped in as I'm on a 5 min break. :)
 
Hi glad you're doing ok. Good idea easing off the fish to give your body a break, I think it's the change which works so well - I hardly ever eat fish so would definately have shocked my body!

Had a very busy few days, been out and about and trying to do a 100 and one things at the same time, hopefully I have got myself more organised this coming week.

EE Day (11th day on Fishy Week)
Breakfast – Toast, fried eggs, cheese slices
Lunch – Packet of crab sticks (out and about)
Dinner – got back late and didn’t have any dinner, didn’t feel like anything as it was late, bit of an odd day food wise.
Supper – ML yog with melon and pineapple,
Snacks –
HeA – 2 slices light cheese slices;
HeB – 2 wm slices of bread;
Syns –
Exercise – 1 hour walking

EE Day (12th day on Fishy Week)
Breakfast – Magic Porridge with raspberries and banana,
Lunch – Fruit, (again to busy, must get more organised)
Dinner – Salmon in dill, with salad leaves, grapes, tomatoes, Nat Yogurt dressing,
Supper – ML yog with melon and grapes,
Snacks –
HeA – Milk for coffee;
HeB – 28g Oats;
Syns – 2 used
Exercise – 3 hour walking

RedDay (13th day on Fishy Week)
Breakfast – Toast, fried eggs, cheese slices, Mushrooms,
Lunch – a few crab sticks, had a big breakfast, not very hungry,
Dinner – smoked salmon with salad and a yog dressing
Supper – ML yog over melon and grapes

Snacks – oaty bar
HeA – 2 slices light cheese slices;
HeB – 2 wm slices of bread; oaty bar

Well last day on fish week, I have enjoyed doing it and haven’t missed meat, except Sunday dinner, He! He! Will be doing it again but not for a couple of weeks, but will continue to have fish during the week.
Only having fish once today, as its Sunday and I do love my roast dinner. WI day tomorrow, hoping for a good loss, fingers crossed!!

Lunch – Roast Chicken, Roast Pots, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower cheese (5 syns), gravy (2 syns),
Tea – crabsticks, with salad leaves, grapes and yog dressing,
Supper – ML yog, melon and grapes and strawberries.

Thanks Meli and Sarah for your good wishes, Well I managed 2lb this week, would have liked more but at least its coming off!!!
 
Well I managed to lose 2lb this week, little disappointed as would have liked a big loss, like some of the others on fish week, but hey I’m still pleased, at least it’s coming off.
Will do Red, Green or EE this week to give myself a break,

Wow - well done for losing 2lbs that's amazing!!
Don't be disappointed - that's a brilliant loss!
I think the bigger losses were more to do with people's bodies being shocked into losing due to the amount of fish. I never eat fish so it wasn't a surprise that my body went 'hold on a minute - what's that!!' As you eat quite a lot of fish anyway, your body was probably more used to it. Why don't you try a couple of completely non-fishy weeks then another fishy week to see if it has a different effect?

Well done again on your loss, you'll have your 1.5 stone award in no time

I am pleased with the loss deep down, after all its going down, thanks for looking in!
 
Had a good day, been out walking again, and spent the rest of the day doing paperwork, and turning out my cupboards!!!!!!!
