Hi, thanks for your best wishes, he is doing ok, very tired, and we have a round of hospital appointments coming up, hope this is not going to be to much for him, went out yesterday to get some fresh air and he was worn out after half hour, don't know weather i'm coming or going, still in pain my self but not letting him know, don't want him worring about me, I can do that.
Haven't followed plan but watching what I'm eating, helps that OH can only eat fish or white meat, so thats something good.
Will try and pop in again later once again thanks for your wishes, it means a lot to me.
