Well....

I lost two an half stone on exante but hit a wall....
I think it was the amount of carbs in them. I realy think im carb sensetive. This diets less carbs and has way more variety....

I got my loss in 2 months. But the last month ive messed about and in may i stayed the same weight..which is kinda good i know how to maintain.

But im off to spain in 5.5 weeks... hoping to loose another stone or more by then... and maintain in spain with lovely salads and stuff...

Then my big push...august and sept i want to lose another 2 stone coz on sept 29th im flying to new york for a week...

I want to be thin and lookin good so i can go shopping and buy something fantastic for my xmas party :)

My motivations new york. Currently im just over 15 stones....ive 4 months...( with my spain weeks invluded) to get back to loosing and make myself feel great again..

Hopefully this diets the one for me..


But thoughts please....
3 and a low carb meal or 4 packs a day gives better losses ?

Advice please?

I'd go for for 4 packs but I think many on here do 3 and a meal. If you're able to do 4 though why not? :)
 
Coz i didnt get my packs till 3pm today..
And i was hungry at breakfast i had a mocha latte
(WAS 88 CAL AN 15 CARB) . I counted that as a meal.

Ive had a mixed berry shake-was quite nice
Crispy vanilla shake-not so keen
Chicken soup-really liked that...

Tomorrow im gonna have:
Hazlenut shake - lemon bar - curry - and mushroom soup.

Think i will try the stuff im gonna like first
So by tuesday i can know ehat i want to order for the month.

Hoping i can be well into ketosis by monday, and haveca decent loss this week. Though i know its not gonna be a biggie like a first week, coz ive been in and out of ketosis this last month..

ok I planned my food for the whole day

mid morning shake care latté - initial thoughts .. blergh... but its growing on me :)

Lunch~ish - oatmeal - hrmmm....not saying I didn't like it.. I've had better, I think the porridge maybe more to my liking :)

Meusili bar - omg its lovely i love that bar ....

Chilli - had this at tea with some zero rice...(half a pack 0 carbs, 0 fat or protein 4 calories )....was yummy...sooooo nice i felt like ive had a load of chilli now.


will post my findings, more for myself so I can remember what I like and don't like when I come to order more next week

Oooh ive just had the chilli its lovely...wow so tasty...... I had half a pack of zero noodles but the rice version. Dry fryd them with a bit salt, pepper an herbs..added that to my chilli.. and wow half a bowl of chilli n rice ..i feel so full...

Still have a meusili bar left for snacky tonight.....

Cookies n cream shake -yumm just had it

Porridge - liked it yumm
Curry with zero rice - omg i loved that

Emergency snack - truffa bar - wasnt hungry only had it so id have had 4 things but it was lovely....


Could have easily just had 3 packs today

Maybe i try 3 packs and a salad tomorrow

Have the salad with my tea

Planning out what to have today

Think i will try the hazlenut shake for breakfast

this chicken soup for lunch

Spicey spagetti for tea with zero noodles as an extra

didn't have a 4th packet I was to full

this morning caramel shake - Yumm

lunch will be chicken curry noodle soup

tea will be cheesy pasta with a lettuce cup
and a banana shake

trying v hard to drink the milk allowance
still drinking 2-3 litres of water per day

Hi Nik, I'm currently on CWP, but I'm moving over to S&S and reading your diary has really helped with my worries over not liking the products! It sounds like your doing great. I hope you reach your goals x
 
Ive just bought another 5 weeks worth to see me to my holidays and for when i get back

Its a nice change choosing the flavours you like rather than just having to take what comes in the pack



Bought me some mouse mix too. Thinking i can do something with that and my milk allowances . To give me deserts :)

Todays menu

Breakfast - choc crispy shake
Lunch - mushroom soup
Tea - cottage pie an a little salad
Treat - lemon bar

Yumm all less than 600 cals
And keeps me nicely in ketosis

Ordered my big box today it cones tomorrow..woth mouse mix..i intend to make mouses and ice creams with my shakes .....

Cant wait till tomorrow this is great ....

Tea - chock shake (on the way to the rocky horror in Leeds
emergency snack - Muesli bar on the way back

Tea - 1 egg and 2 whites omelette with a little bit salad on the said.
Emergency snack - tbc - bar or shake

Oooh the banana shake was lovely...and spag boll was lovely too

Looking forward to my omlette and salad

Had my salad quite late and didnt have space for anything else...

I made my omlette with 3 whole eggs rather than some whites to get my extra calls

Still came in less than 500 calls.

Just read your diary I am due to start Sunday and your food sounds great. Just a quick question where do you get zero rice and noodles from as they sound great
 
I buy them from holland and barratts
Ten pounds for 4 packets, but of you split them thats 8 meals

My first official weigh day on slim and save and in a little over a week (9days) ive lost......10lbs

Fantastic....
Though since starting with exante then this my weight loss journeys taken 3 stone off me.

Im very pleased with this.

Also im holiday in spain in 4 weeks and ive a very real possibility of dropping another stone before then.

Started exante/ slim save journey at 17st 6lb mid march
Today im 14st 6lb...and feel im back i control
