Nixb Refeed Week

    Shake that weight
    So I'm on the 3rd day of refeed and weighed this morning an am down 1lb. Hope that carries on!

    Day 1:
    Bekkie: Vanilla Shake
    Lunch: Choc shake
    Dins: Chicken breast baked, side salad bowl green salad with red onion and one boiled egg.
    No snacks an only water

    Day 2:
    Brekkie: Vanilla shake
    Lunch: Choc shake
    Dins: Salmon fillet baked, side salad bowl green salad, peppers and red onion.
    No snacks and only water.

    Feeling good! Had Choc shake this morning for brekkie and intend to have 2 healthy meals today! Watch this space! :)

    nix would love to know what you did next and what the results on your wiegh ins were. I'm on holiday in Italy at the end of October and I have just started to look at what I can do to be ready. I plan to go back on to 100% LT when I get back, to get to my ideal weight by the end of the year.
