    Hi,

    So i thought i'd start a food diary, to firstly help myself feel motivated over tracking- but also as a student its extra hard, as you're living on a shoestring budget, AND leff right and centre there are nights out, pizza etc.

    I use my WW app on the iphone to track, and i've been doing WW since may 2010, and so far have lost 20.5lbs. I had a tough time from may-september as i was on the implant, as soon as it came out the weight dropped!

    Todays meals;

    BREAKFAST
    Coco pops (yup, 40g=4pp!!!)
    Actimel
    1 crumpet
    10g flora light marg

    LUNCH
    70g dried pasta
    30g low fat cheese
    Tomatoes chopped
    Banana
    Options hot chocolate

    DINNER
    Chicken breast
    20g dried cous cous (cooked obv lol)
    Tomato, mint & onion salsa
    Options
    Ww brownie dessert

    Milk: 3/4 pint skimmed

    POINTS USED: 34/35

    For future reference my weigh in day is wednesdays.

    Tomorrow i've digged out some tins of chick peas and made falafels for lunch at uni! Yum
