no bars and no tetras

People here recommend supermarket bars - ASDA I think, measure up bars - cranberry something is said to be delicious and they are cheap. Biggest Loser Bars people have said are just yum. You can also use Atkins Advantage bars (not Endulge, they are not meal replacements) as an emergency thing but only for one meal a day.

Try two bars a day and perhaps a protein Ready-to-Drink meal replacement shake (or protein meal replacement bar) from the low carb section of Holland and Barrett or one of those muscle-builder shops that are everywhere now. Or two shakes a day and one bar, but check they are low carb and high protein. I recommend EAS MYOPLEX shakes. Full of vitamins and minerals and packed with protein. Think Holland and Barrett do those, too. If not they will have something very similar.

Don't panic! These high protein subsitutes will see you through until you get your next lot of products.

i managed to steal a choc orange exante bar from my beloved OH's stash as he has not started yet and it was gorgeous... a bit worried though as the calories and nutritional values are different... i worry about having things that i am not completely sure of...

anyway i seem to have managed fine today with my shakes as i have a shaker at work...

i'm trying not to purchase any extra stuff as i am absolutely skint and i have had to borrown money from my dad to pay for my cambridge packs for the rest of this month... i am surprised at how quick he was to lend me the money... he must know how much it means to me... love my daddy :)
Awwww bless him. Glad you had an Exante stash to pinch from in an emergency! I understand your caution around non-Cambridge stuff but sometimes needs must.
