No ketosis

Hi everyone
I'm on day 5 - 100% TFP. Drinking 3-4 litres water per day. Also having lots of peppermint leaf tea and black coffee, I'm concerned that I'm not in ketosos yet. I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong. I would really appreciate your help.

Have you checked with the ketosix that your in or out of ketosis? You are doing everything right so don't worry about that. Everyone varies, usually 3-4 days but 5 isnt that long, good luck x

Dont worry too much about it, if the reading is right today might be the last day you feel like this. There are lots of reasons why it may not be right though, down to testing when you have drunk lots and there isnt enough in your urine etc.
Go off how you feel more than the sticks..... do you feel very hungry??

I was exactly the same on Day 5: hungry and cold and feeling sorry for myself. So I appreciated reaching ketosis on Day 6 even more and felt completely different. Hang on in there, Rosary! :D
