    Hi all,

I am having some building work done starting next week and I think my kitchen will be out of commission for at least 3 days.

I really need to get this weight off so I can't afford a bad week on the scales. I also have two small children to feed as well.

My friend has very kindly offered to let me use her house as she is away. I usually do a mix of red, green and ee days.

What should I plan to do?

you could microwave some baked potato and then some beans. nice and easy and you can just pop your microwave in the corner of the front room.

of if you have a slow cooker you can just pop that in a corner somewhere and make some yummy stews. then you can just steam some veg in the microwave.

I would say Slow cooker! You can prepare most of your veg in advance pop it into zip lock bags in the fridge. Do a lovely pot roast in it with some cheap beef. Don't use it all chop it all small add more liquid and you've got a soup for following day. Then a chicken casserole with potato dumplings the following day. Again do enough to have for soup the next day (perhaps add a tsp Chinese five spice and some baby pasta)

    Thanks ladies,

Great ideas there. I worked too hard to get rid of the weight I've lost to put on by eating takeaways!
