No longer Obese - so happy :)

Well its official I have lost 2st 4lb since April and am now overweight instead of obese. I am so happy and feel so much better about myself, my only regret is not doing this years ago. I had three weeks off plan as well so I am so chuffed with my losses.

I would say to anyone thinking of starting s&s do not hesitate, sieze the day and get control.

Thanks to everyone on here who has been a great support, may the stones removed continue for us all xx

Thanks so much, you have done so well and are not far away now from your goal. That must feel amazing. I am not sure to be honest what my goal is. I want to be a size 12 but dont know what weight I will have to be, its been so long xx
