No loss - NOT giving up!

Hi everyone,
Just thought I'd ask your thoughts on my experience of SW so far.

I started a week last Friday and have stuck to it very carefully (green days). I foolishly started on a star week however! Last Fri I was actually 1.5 heavier than before BUT the good news is I feel slimmer even though the scales aren't showing it.

Do you think this coudl rectify itself next week? I definitely do feel slimmer but would like to see some evidence of it on the scales!

Give yourself a chance! Rome wasn't built in a day etc. etc.

My first SW week I lost a pound! then went into orbit losing a further 62!

Don't forget plenty of water and excercise too:)
 
Crikey, give it time :D My first week I lost half a pound, the next I lost eight :confused: Nearly five stone down now, youll get there :)
 
you will see a difference, get to grips with the plan and then follow it. SW is not a diet, its a healthy eating plan for life so you will get weeks with good losses, some gains and some sts, but overall you will lose.
 
Star week can cause you to maintain or gain, so i wouldnt worry just yet. Our bodies arent machines and dont always work to a set or expected loss each week. If youre concerned about how your following the plan pop a diary on here for peolle to have a look at.
