Went and got weighed wednesday and stayed the same was well dissapointed i worked hard this week even rejoined gym dont understand wat happened?

Have you got a tape measure hun? Measure yourself! Exercise builds muscle which weighs more than fat but you may find that you have lost inches, don't be disheartened.
 
Weight loss can take a while to 'catch up' and show on the scales, maybe next WI will be a big one :)
 
munky is right it could be down to a number of factors.... next week you could be surprised .. also look at it this way.... it wasn't a gain was it :D
 
dont be worried about it its even worse if you put on and youve tried hard!! eat more free and superfree food, try mixing things up abit. is it time of the month?
 
no finished last week,just weighed myself and says lost a pound so all is not bad,i not had the best of days since wednesday but on track again xx
