hiya everyone, my sister and i went to the travel agents to book a holiday in benidorm but we ended up booking an allinclusive week in egypt at the end of this month,it was cheaper,so no more pigging out for me. i hope to lose another half a stone before we go. really looking forward to it cos we have never been before

good luck. I have started my own little challenge of being 100% and no cheating, I am doing it for 11 weeks though, but hey whos counting lol.

I have started a food diary on here to try and keep me on track.
