Sept 2014 - Back again, day 3 on exante, was doing sw but it took about 5 months to loose 1/2st, i had a lot of stress (and excuses)! Feeling good only had a headache on day 1 had 4 bouts of cravings so far but fought them all. Doing a bit of CBT on myself this time - Read beck diet solutions book it says to think about the times when you have been really distressed/uncomfortable on a scale of 1-10 then when you have a craving look at your scale and see where the craving sits, its made me put my cravings into perspective -it's not life and death that i eat in the next few seconds (and in order to survive it must be fish and chips, toast or lindor choc ha ha). Also I'm writing down the time my craving starts, if there is a trigger for it i.e frustration, boredom etc then noting things i could do to change how i feel e.g drinking water, go to loo, tidy or something i go off and do what ever and each time i have forgotten the craving its a revelation to me!
Anyhoo got the mixed bumper pack with food in so far like everything except the shepherds pie has anyone got an recommendations to improve it so its remotely edible next time?
