No More Joining Fees...... food diary and more

This is roughly my 4th time joining. The difference this time is...
1. I'll be a fully qualified Holist Therapist by 14th June.
2. Joggin the race for life on 16th June.
3. Spa Day some point June/July
4. Im now a non smoker and don't want to gain weight.
5. Family Wedding 26th October and don't want to buy a lovely dress in plus size.
6. Determind to get slim and fit.
 
Breakfast:
kiwi
grapes
banana
2x clem
Lunch:
3x egg omellet
30g cheese HexA
half a pepper
3x mushrooms
3x slice ham
Snacks:
special k crisps (2syns)
2x cup tea (2syns)
pistachios 28 HexB
Dinner:
homemade chicken strips 1.5 breast and lots of spices
sw chips
homemade coleslaw (2syns)
mixed lettuce
cucumber

6x glass water

MyFitnesspal: Burned 371 cals doing bits here n there today, not much. Ate 1505 cals today. :eek:

 
second weighing today and im a little nervous. I indulged too much. My partner was working late all week and by friday i needed some adult company so had a chinese with my granny and kiddies, which i did syn for everything was ok. But on saturday when partner come home he decided we would get an indian. Now i dont like spicy i love a korma :( i had tandoori instead though which was boring. I have syned for that too but i've gone over weekly syns by at least 10 syns :-( I think i probably burnt off yesterdays syns and i dont have syns on tuesday untill tea time! And then have a biscuit or chocolate after IF i lost weight.

So far ive had a fruity breakfast and will go and get my handbag snacks ready for today. Busy day so i should lose a bit tonight. 2lb would be good any more would be awesome! Any less is a disappointment but my own fault and if i gain, well my partner will get it for bending my arm right up my back!!!! Hahaha! X

Todays diary 26.3.13

Breakfast:
2 x kiwi
banana
400ml glass water
Lunch:
4x chicken drums no skin from asda
diet coke can
Snacks:
cup tea 1 sugar (1syn)
viscount (3.5syns)
4x raw carrot chopped
Dinner: (after weighing as my treat...food at bingo)
burger (6.5syns)
chuncky oven chips (4syns)
bap (7syns)
mayo (2.5syns)

Myfitnesspal: Burned 445 cals, and ate 1539 cals.

Too much alcohol consumed last night too, a much needed night with my friend and my family. Had such a laugh.
Woke up and ready to be back on track 100%. I actually cant wait till next week!!! Going for a gym and swim tonight so downing the water today to rehydrate my body.

A day or two off plan is fine. u gotta enjoy ur life. i went for a krispy kreme after my first week. i will do it every fornight now. well we'll see!!! i was very amazed at 5lb this week. after two take aways! i did go a bit wild last night tho. food at bingo, then a chippy pizza at mid night and too much alcohol! but it was well needed!
