No S Diet

Has anyone tried this, ive done a week and I'm really really enjoying it - in fact I think I have found 'the one' - 2lbs off in the first week (4 days only)
 
Basically it is ' no snacks, no sweets, no seconds, except on days beginning with S' the guy who invented it had a good website explaining it all. I find weekends hard, as in I tend to eat too many sweets etc but he says it gets easier.
It should work for me because I reckon I was eating 1000 cals of junk daily either binging or telling myself 'I'll start tomorrow' so I'm probably eating slightly bigger meals, but it feels satisfying not to pick, or have seconds etc. It's early days, but I'm enjoying it so far.
 
These there a book about it ? Oooh i like the sound of it :) so u eat what u want weekdays?? do u count calories? X
 
Yes he has a book called ' the no S diet' it's very good. You can eat whatever u want on weekdays except sweet food, but only three single plate meals per day, no picking or second helpings. I don't count calories as well, just plates - 3 a day, it's easy peasy:)
