No Sweets September!!

Hi guys!!


Starting no sweets September this morning. Think I need to kickstart the motivation again. I did it with bread, I haven't had bread, roll, bagel or pitta in a month! Have had the off wrap mind, I love my fajitas!!

Thinking I can do this with junk!! This means;

NO sweets
NO chocolate
NO cakes
No icecream
NO sugary cereal
NO sugar in tea

Essentially boring haha! I'm gunna try cold turkey and see how it goes. My sugar levels should stay ok from fruits, but I will hopefully kick the craving!

Iv been bad with my food diary but with this I'm gunna document how I feel every day! Even if I feel horrid!!!

I don't have chocolate any more due to lactose intolerance. I sometimes have dairy free chocolate, but I'll give that up for September!
 
Does that include low cal sweetener as that's the only thing I have on my cereal or in my tea :) think I'll join you though as I eat far too much chocolate (even if it is only weightwatchers lol). Think I will have to keep having my Rice Krispies Cereal bars though as theyre only 2pp and great for my lunches at work!

I'm not sure I'm going to do well at this tbh... ah well I'll try it! xx
EDIT: Just remembered that I had a handful of haribo today (1pp) but in my head its still August :p
 
Well rice crispie bars are cereal bars if we are going to get technical!!!! Give it a try we can support each other!

Day one down! It's actually really hard on a Sunday as my work buys treats, I ended up eating two bags of multipack walkers! Defeats the purpose haha!!

I have had a throat infection the last week, and just when I thought it was gone I kept getting this feeling that I had something caught in my throat. Soooo today I have looked in my mouth and my tonsil on one side is the size of a golfball. Spent the last hour crying cuz I have myself so freaked out that it's something really serious or my throat will close! Moral of this story is I can't eat any more crisps until it gets sorted! So maybe I won't destroy this challange hah!

Oh and re the sweetener thing! I'm getting some tomorrow for me tea, that's not junk! It's like sugar free jelly!!

Yay feel much better now!! So no Chocs or cakes or sweeties for me :) think that'll definitely have me reaching for fruit & veg more instead of wasting pp on sweets :) good luck for the coming week!!

So yesterday was ok, bar I had some icecream! Its the only thing that sooths my throat!! My boyfriend has kindly told me Iicecream is not sweets! Well see!!
 
I thought about joining in on this, then realised I've had chocolate every day this month already! Whoops!!!
 
I've not done well with this lol had a milk tray choc today, I have sugar puffs for breakfast and have had a WW Victoria sponge for a dessert yday lol I'm destined for sweet things!!

I broke today am really ill, on antibiotics for a swollen throat and am itchy all over so am so miserable! I have myself convinced that's it's something alot worse so I'm having major anxiety and panic attacks. :(
