No weight loss - but lost inches!

    Diet:
    Counting Calories - 1500 a day, OK I know this is going to take years but that's fine.
    I was a bit glum to find I'd not lost any weight at all for two weeks - in fact I've gone back up the two pounds I lost in the first week of my diet. But I have lost two inches from my waist and my face looks thinner.

    I wonder if the tape measure might be mightier than the scales?

    well done it's always good to keep track of your measurements too, i deffinatly do!
