Intro: I am currently pregnant with my 2nd child and i have previously done slimmingworld with much success but i thought i'd be ok continuing it on my own, but with the hormonal changes and cravings i have basically just eaten anything that i've wanted & gone right off track and the weight is creeping up fairly quickly so i've decided to bite the bullet and start back on plan as of NOW instead of putting it off til after delivery. I have gained 28lbs so far and i know i'm still yet to gain more which is fine i know it needs to be done but i really want to try help myself get back into the sw frame of mind.. i miss making all the healthy meals and i'd appreciate any meal ideas to help me get back on track?
I will be doing this from home for now and once the baby is born i will go back to group but i feel more comfortable doing it from home for now atleast. I have heard i'm entitled to 2 HEA's & HEB's so i will be fitting those into my daily plan.
B: Cornflakes (most of HEA1 on skimmed milk and HEB1.5) cup of tea.
S: Orange & Velvet crunch crisps (4syns) water.
L: Small jacket potato, beans, salad and 2x quorn hotdogs. (free?)
S: Grapes. Alpen light bar (1/2of HEB2) drink of light squash.
D: Chilli and rice. (quorn mince, chilli beans in chilli sauce, onions, mushrooms, peppers, passata and spices)
S: 2x scoops of walls light icecream (60cals assuming its 3syns?). glass of warm milk before bed (HEA2)
Daily aim: Drink more fluid & prep meals in advance!!
