So I'm starting this diary I will try my hardest to write in it. This is my second time doing this diet and I have no one to blame but myself. I was 15st 8lbs and cut out the crap and started again properly at 15st 2lbs this is my third week. So 2 weeks in and I weigh 14st 3lbs. I would like to losss 5st so 10st 2lbs is my goal. I get weighed on a Monday so my weigh in is tomorrow. If you'd like to know anything please just ask. So 70lbs to loss now 57lbs to go
