Slice of Vegetarian Lasagna. Made with Quorn, im guessing (5 syns) to be on the safe side. I have used the Cheese as a HEA. and the slice was tiny :(

1 Quorn Sausage, 1 Quorn Fillet, Rice Mushrooms, Cabbage, Garlic, Carrotts, Brocolli, Sweetcorn

Wednesday - Weigh in!!

So weigh in today and iv lost 1lb :D really chuffed with that as had a bad weekend as we went away.

Bit of a random dinner tonight cos im on my own so wanted to use some odds and sods up out the freezer :D

Chicken Breast baked in the oven with some left over Syn Free Quorn Bolognaise over the top. Topped with Chedder chees (HEA) With Carrots, Brocolli, Swede and Mange Tout.

Been in bed since my last post with the flu which has really knocked me off my feet hence no posts......:sick:

Weighed in this week still and have lost 1lb :D which im quite chuffed about as being having lemsips, shrepsills you name it which apparently have syns in.

Will start my food dairy again tomorrow now that i have finaly dragged myself out of bed

Just posting quickly at work on my lunch break, or should i say lunch 5 minutes.

My internet at home has gone kurput!! so i am awaiting a new dongle so cant update all the time :cry:hope i still stay on track.

Had weigh in yesterday and lost another 1lb. Am chuffed with myself that i have not put on yet, but iv not met my target of loosing a stone before christmas. Still 5lb off! :( but still think i have done well.

Hi everyone!!!

IM BACK!!!! More than likely no one noticed but i stopped coming on here in December when my internet broke!!! :cry: Finally got it sorted and im back!!

Whilst iv been away iv also got engaged! YAY :love047: so now have the wedding to loose weight for, Everything is booked for July 27th 2012!! eeekk! First of all want to loose weight for the summer when i start trying dresses on, and for the holiday we have booked in October.

At the moment im setting small goals. So want to loose 1.5 lbs a week for the next 10 weeks.

Hey, like your diary. Think we are kinda alike, weekends are letting me down all the time. Too many syns in wine and too many syns in hangover food!! Wish i could be extra good during the week and find something i like to drink at the weekend that wasn't syntastic!!! lol
